Use the Reply button in this comment so i can know that you asked something. (if you don't use the reply button i will not get your question/comment)
You can go to the Chat and look for help channels. Usually when i'm online i'm at #openhelp
Send me a note with your question (you'll see a Send a Note button in my profile)

And Please DON'T submit email/internet images, or copyrighted works (its against deviantART's policy), they will be probably deleted by the admins and you can get banned.
